EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Work <br />Annual Accomplishment Goal <br />I. Number of unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served with grant funds during the 12-month <br />contract period = 360 PERSONS <br />II. Description of Work - in space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12 month contract period <br />including, services to be provided, program goals, client characteristics, & how grant funds will be utilized. <br />The Mariposa Family Program is designed to meet the special needs of women who reside in Santa <br />Ana, but also serve Santa Ana families in a variety of counseling and life skills education programs. <br />These include: individual, couples, family, group and crisis counseling, substance abuse education, <br />domestic violence counseling and support groups for incest, rape, grief and divorce recovery. <br />Services are available in Spanish and English and are provided regardless of the client's ability to <br />pay. Mariposa's goal is to help low-income women and their families resolve the problems they are <br />experiencing so that they can go on to lead happy, healthy, productive lives.
