<br />PIPE CONTRACTS The City Attorney recommended
<br />LAWSUIT Council adopt a resolution
<br />?~ authorizing the Attorney

<br />proceedings on behalf of the City in the matter of overcharging for pipe
<br />by allocation of territory and elimination of competition. Mayor Harvey
<br />noted there was no limitation on sharing the cost for litigation.

<br />Councilman Burkand carried.

<br />comprehensive report of what might be recovered and the number of cities
<br />involved.
