The solicitation application of the Girls Ca~p Group, Latter-Day Saints, for candy and school record book sale fr~ March 19th to May l$th was approved on motion of Coanc~1~" Nerrin, seconded by Connctlman Carlson and carried. REMBI~NI~ PAInTInG William Lowe~ Chairma~ of the Bowers Musem~ Board, presente~ recc~aen~ation that Council approve'agreement vtth Ralph Andrews Productions, Inc. for 5 year loan of painting, "Man in Armors to Bowers Museum. Gil ~nudson, Chamber of C~erce President, requested Council defer action until Chamber can study further. Gor~lon BricMen, 1017 N. Wright, presented report regaxxling documentation and authenticity of painti~ga, which was ordered filed on motion of ¢ounc~lw-- Nerrin, seconded by Counci~-~- Markel and carried. After so~e discussion by Council, it was moved by Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Thur~aan, to accept the Museun Board's rec~maendation to approve the agreement and authorize its execution.
