<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide on-site P.O.S.T. certified training to personnel employed by the Santa <br />Ana Police Department and other qualified participating law enforcement agencies. Said <br />training shall be on the subject of "Parolee Encounters", and will train patrol staff on dealing <br />with parolees in the field, including officer safety, communications and parolee background. <br /> <br />Each training class will be an eight-hour training block. Consultant shall provide up to six (6) <br />such training classes per year. <br /> <br />COMPENSA nON <br /> <br />Consultant shall be compensated $37.00 per hour of training. <br />City will pay the cost of any handouts required to conduct said training. <br />
