The number of hours of compensatory or vacation time of the <br />donation within the limitations of Section A, subparagraph 3 <br />above; <br /> <br />c. The name, department and employee number of the recipient; <br /> <br />A statement indicating that the donor understands such <br />donation of time is irrevocable. <br /> <br />At the close of the donation period, the department shall verify that <br />each donating employee has accrued vacation and/or compensatory <br />time balances sufficient to cover the designated donation. <br /> <br />The department shall submit all approved donation authorizations for <br />an eligible employee at one time for processing. No donation <br />authorizations for the eligible employee will be processed after this <br />period. However, employees who receive donations under this <br />procedure and who exhaust all donated hours may request an <br />additional donation period subject to the provisions of Section A, <br />herein. <br /> <br />The City shall add the donated time to the recipient's sick leave <br />account. <br /> <br />23.4 <br /> <br />Joint Labor Manaeement Teams. The City and the Union agree to form Joint Labor <br />Management teams for the purpose of exploring issues of mutual concern. Each <br />team shall be comprised of an equal number of labor and management employees <br />and shall be chaired by the Employee Relations Manager. In no case shall the <br />activity of a team create a delay or hindrance to the ongoing operation of the City. <br />The City and the Union shall hold an initial meeting no sooner than one (1) month <br />of ratification of this Agreement and upon the Union's written request to meet to <br />determine team composition, frequency of meetings and meeting schedules. <br /> <br />The teams to be formed are: <br /> <br />Career Ladder/Job Family (for the purpose of developing career ladder/job <br />family series to be used in promotions or in the event of layoffs); <br /> <br />Flexible Staffing (for the purpose of establishing a Flexible Staffing/Career <br />Development Program for employees wishing to become eligible to promote <br />from Fleet Equipment Technician I to Fleet Equipment Technician II). <br /> <br />72 <br /> <br /> <br />
