Hazardous Waste Investigations. It is assumed that all site assessment/hazardous waste <br />investigations, if necessary, will be provided by the City under a separate contract to <br />accommodate the preparation of the Project report, <br />Private Property Improvements. It is assumed that the design of all private property <br />improvements will be provided as a result of negotiations for right -of -way with the property <br />owners and will be provided by RBF for an additional fee if requested by the City. <br />Pothole Traffic Control Plan. It is assumed that the W.A.T.C.H. handbook will be used and <br />no special traffic control plans will be required. <br />Structural Design. It is assumed that retaining or other structures will not be necessary to <br />construct the new landscape improvements and joins to the existing private property <br />improvements and if required will be provided as a result of negotiations for right -of -way <br />with the property owners and can be provided by RBF for an additional fee if requested by <br />the City. <br />CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1. Provide access to the site. <br />2. Construction inspection/management. <br />3. Obtaining all necessary Right -of -Entry permits from property owners. <br />4.
