~~ <br />Exhibit "A" <br />Amendment No. 5 <br />Coordination and Meetings with Adjacent Property Owners. Coordination with adjoining property <br />owners is specifically excluded from this proposal. <br />Hazardous Waste Investigations. It is assumed that all site assessmenUhazardous waste <br />irivestigations, if necessary, will be provided by the City under a separate contract to accommodate <br />the preparation of the Project report. <br />Private Property Improvements. It is assumed that the design of all private property improvements <br />will be provided as a result of negotiations for right-of-way with the property owners and will be <br />provided by RBF for an additional fee if requested by the City. <br />Pothole Traffic Control Plan. It is assumed that the W.A.T.C.H. handbook will be used and no <br />special traffic control plans will be required. <br />Structural Design. It is assumed that retaining or other structures will not be necessary to construct <br />the new landscape improvements and joins to the existing private property improvements and if <br />required will be provided as a result of negotiations for right-of-way with the property owners and can <br />be provided by RBF for an additional fee if requested by the City. <br />CLfENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1. Provide access to the site. <br />2. Construction inspection/management. <br />3. Obtaining all necessary Right-of-Entry permits from property owners.. <br />4. Acquiring all required environmental clearances for the project. <br />5. ,Reproductions for Advertising Bid Documents. <br />
