NOT 07~ FILE <br />NOL PROCEED <br />OF COUNCIL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO <br />CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT, is entered into on <br />~ ~ ¢~ootlO~?.v~ 4 ,2003, by and between New Tangram L.L.C., a California <br />limited liability corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2003-104, dated August 15, 2003, <br /> (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided workspace <br /> planning and installation for the Work Center. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br /> amend the Scope of services to provide for installing three additional workspaces and <br /> cleaning of the workstation panels. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /># <br /> <br /># <br /> <br /># <br /> <br /># <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to include the installation of <br />three additional workspaces and the cleaning of workstation panels, as set forth in <br />Exhibit A-1, attached hereto. <br /> <br />Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and con~li~i0ns of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />// <br /> <br /> <br />
