All samples are retained for a period of 30 days, unless <br />requested in writing to retain the samples for a longer period of time. <br /> <br />0 Analvsis of Samples - Surface Wipe (Lead): Surface wipe samples are collected using <br />HUD protocol and analyzed in accordance with NIOSH Method 3050/7420. All samples <br />are retained for a period of 30 days, unless requested in writing to retain the samples for a <br />longer period of time. <br /> <br />0 Analysis of Samples - Soil (Lead): Soil samples are collected using HUD protocol and <br />analyzed in accordance with EPA Method SW-846. All samples are retained for a period <br />of 30 days, unless requested in writing to retain the samples for a longer period of time. <br /> <br />CLOSE-OUT DOCUMENTATIONIFINAL REPORT FORMATS <br /> <br />CTL shall provide two (2) bound copies of the final close-out documentation within three <br />weeks of project completion to clearly summarize all project related activities and analytical <br />results, which incorporates the following: <br /> <br />. Analytical and Abatement Procedures/Summary of the Project <br />. Copies of All Air, Soil, and Surface Wipe Sampling Forms with their Analytical Results <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULES <br /> <br />The following fee schedule is an estimate only.
