D. Expose Sensitive receptors to substantial pollutant concentrations? Less Than Significant Impact The project site is not located within immediate vicinity of any sensitive land uses. Additionally, implementation of the proposed project would not exceed the South Coast Air Quality Management District threshold for potentially significant long-term and short-term air quality impacts. The project is also consistent with the City's General Plan and thus consistent with the South Coast Management Plan. Therefore, implementation of the proposed project would not expose sensitive receptors to any substantial concentrations of air quality pollutants. E. Create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number of people? Less Than Significant Impact The operation of the proposed project would not generate significant objectionable odors to the public. Construction operations associated with the proposed project could emit construction equipment emission odors that could potentially be objectionable. However, the potential impact would be short-term and would not be considered a significant impact. iV. BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES A.
