Expose Sensitive receptors to substantial pollutant <br /> concentrations? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The project site is not located within immediate vicinity <br />of any sensitive land uses. Additionally, implementation of <br />the proposed project would not exceed the South Coast Air <br />Quality Management District threshold for potentially <br />significant long-term and short-term air quality impacts. <br /> <br />The project is also consistent with the City's General Plan <br />and thus consistent with the South Coast Management Plan. <br />Therefore, implementation of the proposed project would not <br />expose sensitive receptors to any substantial <br />concentrations of air quality pollutants. <br /> <br />E. Create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number <br /> of people? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The operation of the proposed project would not generate <br />significant objectionable odors to the public. Construction <br />operations associated with the proposed project could emit <br />construction equipment emission odors that could <br />potentially be objectionable. However, the potential impact <br />would be short-term and would not be considered a <br />significant impact. <br /> <br />iV. BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. Have a substantial adverse impact, either directly or <br /> through habitat modifications, on any species identified <br /> as a candidate, sensitive or special status species in <br /> local or regional plans, policies or regulations or by <br /> the California Department of Fish and game or U.S. Fish <br /> and Wildlife Services? <br /> <br />B. Have a substantial adverse impact on any riparian habitat <br /> or natural community identified in local or regional <br /> plans, policies, and regulations or by the California <br /> Department of Fish and game or U.S. Fish and Wildlife <br /> Service? <br /> <br />C.
