Cash register shall be visible from the street at all <br />times and shall not be obstructed at any time by <br />temporary or permanent signage. <br /> <br />Window displays shall be kept to a minimum for maximum <br />visibility and shall not exceed 25% of window <br />coverage. <br /> <br />Window displays and racks shall be kept to a maximum <br />height of three feet including merchandise and can not <br />obstruct the cashiers view to the outside. <br /> <br />timed-access cash controller shall be installed. <br /> <br />· Install a silent armed robbery alarm. <br /> <br />· There shall be no coin-operated games maintained on <br /> the premises at any time. <br /> <br />· Ail pay telephones shall be located inside the <br /> premises. <br /> <br />· The petitioners shall be responsible for maintaining <br /> the premise free of litter. <br /> <br />The Conditional Use Permit shall be reviewed at ninety <br />days, six months, and at one year and then annually <br />thereafter by the Police Department for any <br />modification to the conditions of approval. <br /> <br />No Loitering/Trespass signs/placards shall be posted <br />in the parking lot. The posted signs must conform to <br />Penal Code Section 602. <br /> <br />Schools: No Impact <br /> <br />The project site is included within the boundaries of the <br />Santa Ama Unified School District. The proposed project <br />involves the construction and operation of a fast food <br />restaurant use. Implementation of the proposed project <br />would not generate project-specific demands for new school <br />facilities. However, the project would be subject to <br />provide school impacts fees to help address cumulative <br />impacts to school services in the School District. <br /> <br />75.B.
