Implementation of the proposed <br />project would not result in any changes to air traffic <br />patterns. The proposed project would not result in any <br />substantial safety risks related to aircraft traffic. <br /> <br />D. Substantially increase hazards to a design feature <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Construction operations associated with the proposed <br />project could result in a short-term increase of <br />construction traffic volumes within the project area. <br />However, the increased level of construction traffic is not <br />expected to significantly affect the capacity of existing <br />roadways in the project area. <br /> <br />E. Result in inadequate emergency access <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />As part of the City's development review process, the Fire <br />Department has reviewed the proposed project for potential <br />impacts in regards to emergency access. Result in inadequate parking capacity <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />A total of 34 parking spaces have been provided in <br />accordance with the City's Zoning Ordinance.
