XVII. MANDATORY FINDINGS OF SIGNIFIcANcE <br /> <br />Does the project have the potential to degrade the <br />quality of the environment, substantially reduce the <br />habitat of a fish or wildlife species, cause a fish or <br />wildlife population to drop below self-sustaining <br />levels, threaten to eliminate a plant or animal <br />community, reduce the number or restrict the range of <br />a rare or endangered plant or animal or eliminate <br />important examples of the major periods of California <br />history or prehistory. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not <br />substantially reduce the habitat of fish, wildlife species, <br />or historic structures in that no fish, wildlife <br />populations or historic structures are known to exist on <br />the project site. <br /> <br />Does the project have impacts that are individually <br />limited but cumulatively considerable? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not result in <br />significant cumulative impacts. The project's incremental <br />contribution would not be cumulatively considerable because <br />the proposed project would comply with the applicable <br />requirements of the uniform building code, conditions of <br />approval, mitigation measures and- applicable City <br />Ordinances, which provide specific requirements that would <br />avoid any significant cumulative impacts within the project <br />area. <br /> <br />Does the project have environmental effects, which <br />will cause substantial adverse effects on human beings <br />either directly or indirectly? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project involves the construction of a fast <br />food restaurant. The project would not have any direct or <br />indirect adverse impacts on human beings.
