Please contact us. <br />If you have any questions regarding this information or your <br />insurance coverage in general, please feel free to contact your <br />Allstate Agent or representative. <br />X74018 <br />Important info on minor traffic <br />violation(s) while driving for commercial <br />use <br />Your personal automobile insurance premium may not be <br />increased if you receive a minor traffic violation while driving <br />for commercial use, as defined by California Insurance Code <br />488. <br />What is driving for commercial use? <br />To be eligible, you must be driving for commercial use as <br />defined by California Insurance Code 488: <br />• Individuals whose specific job duties involve driving <br />their employer's motor vehicles (not their own <br />personal vehicle); or <br />• Individuals who have authority in their name from the <br />Public Utilities Commission to operate as a traffic <br />carrier and who are the registered owners or lease <br />operators of the motor vehicle used in the operation as <br />a highway carrier <br />What you have to do: <br />If you received a minor traffic violation while driving for <br />commercial use, please contact your Allstate Agent or <br />representative to complete a signed declaration form.
