Newhope Street, Santa Ana CA 92703 <br />TERM: Saturday, April 26, 2025 (subject to change to a later date mutually agreeable to both parties in the event of <br />unforeseen conditions such as power outage and/or extreme weather conditions) <br />COMPENSATION: Not to exceed $700.00 <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />This vendor will provide entertainment services for a one -day event on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at the <br />Main Library, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana CA 92701. <br />Tru-One Productions will provide an 8 Lane Slot Car Race Track activity. The vendor will provide an 8 <br />lane slot car race track, including portable power/generator. In addition, vendor will also provide one (1) <br />attendant/race director and prizes for the participants. <br />The vendor will provide the activity from 10:30am-2:00pm and is responsible for setting up. The <br />amount shall not exceed $700.00 total for services provided. <br />The City will be responsible for setting up the space for the patrons attending and advertising the event. <br />Vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and personnel necessary to provide the <br />service. <br />City staff will be present during entire service time. <br />
