CNA CNAPARAMOUNT Contractors' General Liability Extension Endorsement A. Under COVERAGES, CovermgeA— Bodily Injury and Property Damage Uabi|ky, the paragraph entitled Exclusions is amended to delete exclusion j. Damage to Property in its entirety and replace it with the following: This insurance does not apply to: ]. Damage toProperty Property damage to: (i) Property the Named Insured owns, rents, or occupies, including any costs or expenses incurred by you, or any other pemon, organization or antity, for repair, replacement enhancement, restoration or maintenance of such property for any neaaon, including prevention of injury to a person or damage to onother'apnopedy; (2) Premises the Named Insured aeUs, gives away or abandonm, if the property damage arises out of any part ofthose premises; (3) Property loaned tothe Named Insured; (4) Personal property inthe care, custody orcontrol ofthe Insured; (5) That particular part ofreal property on which the Named Insured or any contractors o/ subcontractors working directly or indirectly on the Named |nsumed's behalf are performing operationm, if the property damage arises out of those operations; or (G) That particular part of any property that must be resbzned, repaired or replaced because your work was incorrectly performed on it. Paragraphs (1), (3) and (4) of this exclusion do not apply to property damage (other than damage by fire) to premises rented to the Named Insured or temporarily occupied by the Named Insured with the permission of the ovvnor, nor to the contents of premises rented to the Named Insured for a period of 7 or fewer consecutive days, Aseparate limit ufinsurance applies toDamage ToPremises Rented ToYou eodescribed in LIMITS OF INSURANCE. Paragraph (2) of this exclusion does not apply if the premises are your work. Paragraphs (3), (4)' (5) and (6) of this exclusion do not apply to liability assumed under a sidetrack agreement. Paragraph (6) of this exclusion does not apply to property damage included in the prod unbm-comp|eted operations hazard.
