This exclusion does not apply to: (2) a watercraft that is not owned by any Named Insured, provided the watercraft is: (e) less than 75feet long; and (b) not being used to carry persons or property for a charge, 20.PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY —DISCRIMINATION ORHUMILIATION A. Under DEFINITIONS, the definition of personal and advertising injury is amended to add the following tort: 0 Discrimination or humiliation that results in injury to the feelings or reputation of a natural person. B. Under COVERAGES, Coverage B — Personal and Advertising Injury LiahiUty, the paragraph entitled Exclusions is amended to: 1. delete the Exclusion entitled Knowing Violation Of Rights Of Another and replace it with the following: This insurance does not apply to: Knowing Violation of Rights of Another Personal and advertising injury caused by or at the direction of the Insured with the knowledge that the act would violate the rights of another and would inflict personal and advertising injury. This exclusion shall not apply to discrimination or humiliation that results in injury to the feelings or reputation of natural pemoo, but only if such discrimination or humiliation is not done intentionally by or at the direction of-, (a) the Named Insured; or (b) any executive off|cer, dinaotmr, mtockho/der, pedner, member or manager (if the Named Insured is a limited liability company) ofthe Named Insured. 2. add the following exclusions: This insurance does not apply to: Employment Related Discrimination Discrimination or humiliation directly orindirectly related tothe employment, prospective employment, past employment or termination of employment of any person by any Insured.
