C) 2025 School Catalog Page I12 <br /> LIBRARY SERVICES <br /> Students have access to a school library which houses up-to-date books and brochures <br /> concerning new truck-driver regulations pertaining to State and Federal laws. Students <br /> who wish to utilize these resources can obtain permission from instructional staff. <br /> STUDENT RECORDS <br /> TGA Truck Driving School will maintain student records for each student, whether the <br /> student completes his or her educational program,for a period ending five years after <br /> the date of the student's graduation, withdrawal, or termination. Student transcripts will <br /> be maintained indefinitely. <br /> ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPTS <br /> TGA Truck Driving School provides a standard transcript, free of charge, for qualified <br /> students or graduates. When students have successfully completed their programs, a <br /> copy of the student' transcript will accompany their diplomas. To obtain individual <br /> student records, students must complete a transcript request form and submit it to the <br /> Admission's Department. <br /> The rights of students'to inspect their records are in accordance with The Family <br /> Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). <br /> SECURITY <br /> The school strives to provide its students with a safe and secure environment. Students <br /> are responsible for their own security and safety and must be considerate of the security <br /> and safety of others.The school is not responsible for any student's personal belongings <br /> that are lost, stolen, or damaged on campus, in parking lots, or during any School <br /> activities. Students are encouraged to promptly and accurately report all emergencies to <br /> School officials.
