FailUre to comply with State <br />law could result in a fine to the City of $10,000 per day. <br /> <br />Santa Aha Municipal Code Section'16-30 (f) will ehsure that construction and demolition Waste <br />generated within the City can be accounted for and recycled. The ordinance states the following, <br />:A-n'y person with whom the City has an agreement for the collection, transportation and disposal of <br />-nsfruction and demolition solid waste which has accumulated and/or been generated at a <br />nporary construction site may haul such waste during the term of such agreement." <br /> <br /> only companies approv.ed by the City Council to haul temporary construction and <br />demolition material in the City of Santa Aaa'are: <br /> <br />Ware Disposal Company, Inc. <br />1016 E.
