Mo <br /> <br />Small wiring, necessary fuse blocks and terminal blocks within the switchboards shall <br />be furnished when required. All groups of control wires leaving the switchboard shall <br />be provided with terminal blocks with suitable numbering strips. All hardware used on <br />conductors shall have a high tensile strength and an anti-corrosive zinc plating. <br /> <br />A ground bus shall be furnished firmly secured to each vertical section structure and <br />shall extend the entire length of the switchboard. A ground lug shall be furnished <br />attached to the ground bus in a convenient location. <br /> <br />Switchboard shall be provided with adequate lifting means and shall be capable of <br />being rolled or moved into installation position and bolted directly to the floor without <br />the use of floor sills. <br /> <br />A-B-C type bus arrangement, left-to-right, top-to-bottom, and front-to-rear, as viewed <br />from the front, shall be used throughout. <br /> <br />Record drawings shall be furuished providing the following information: Switchboard <br />voltage/current rating, overall outline dimensions including available conduit space, <br />switchboard bracing and interrupting current rating, switching and protective device <br />ampere ratings and one line diagram. <br /> <br />Adequate conduit space shall be provided to meet NEC requirements. <br /> <br />Each switching and protective device shall be provided with visible means of ON-OFF <br />identification. All terminals shall be of the anti-turn solderless type suitable for Cu or <br />Al cable sizes indicated. <br /> <br />All exterior and interior steel surfaces of the switchboard shall be properly cleaned and <br />finished with gray hard dried enamel over a rust-inhibited phosphatized coating. Gray <br />finish color shall be ANS1 61. <br /> <br />All sections of the switchboard shall align so that the back of the complete structure <br />may be placed flush against a wall. Construction shall allow maintenance to be <br />performed without rear access. <br /> <br />The feeder or branch devices shall be removable from the front and shall be panel <br />mounted with the necessary device line and load connections front accessible. <br /> <br />Vertical sections shall be completely factory assembled, wired and tested before <br />delivery and shall be UL labels where qualified. Design shall meet NEC and NEMA <br />standards as well as OSHA requirements. Individual vertical sections shall be designed <br />for bolting together at installation. <br /> <br />N.
