Eligi.bility <br /> <br />A. Customer must sign' this Addendum to the Multiyear <br />Discount Attachment to be eligible for the Major Site <br />Program. <br /> <br />1. I. <br />B. Customer's facilities must meet the definition of a Major <br />Site.' A Major Site is defined as a group of Customer <br />facilities located in a single geographic area encompassed by <br />/; a radial distance of not more than twelve-and-one-half(I2.5) <br />miles. HP and Customer will agree upon Customer facilities <br />that fonn a Major Site. Once defmed, Customer's facilities <br />constituting a Major Site will be listed on a designated site <br />list. Any changes to the designated site list are subject to <br />mutual agreement. <br /> <br />II. Qualifying Services <br /> <br />Qualifying Services are defined in the Multiyear Discount <br />Attachment. <br /> <br />III. Discounts <br /> <br />A. HP will grant an Additional Discount against System <br />Support Services charges for services equal to or greater than <br />an annual amount of $100,000 at list prices according to the <br />following table: <br /> <br /> <br />Total Annualized Monthly <br />Char es for S stem Su ort Services <br />$100,000 to $299,999 <br />$300,000 to $999,999 <br />$1,000,000 to $2,499,999 <br />. $2,500,000 and u <br /> <br />B. The appropriate discount for each Major Site will be <br />applied to all orders issued for the MajorSite during the tenn <br />of this Addendum. <br /> <br />IV.
