<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Contractor ("Contractor") shall provide litter and graffiti control and ambassador <br />services to the downtown Santa Ana business district (hereinafter "the Area") in <br />accordance with the following criteria: <br /> <br />a. The Area includes that area designated on Attachment D, Map I, attached hereto <br />and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />b. The Contractor will provide all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, and <br />storage area needed to provide services pursuant to this Agreement, as set forth in <br />Attachment A, hereto. <br /> <br />c. Contractor shall obtain within five (5) days of executing this Agreement, a current <br />City of Santa Ana Business License and shall maintain a current business license <br />throughout the term of said Agreement. <br /> <br />d. Contractor's employees shall attend an eight (8) hour "Ambassador Training" <br />program as part of their duties prior to commencing services. <br /> <br />e. Whenever a question as to the meaning of any portion of the specifications is in <br />dispute or where there may be more than one interpretation given to any portion <br />of the specifications, the interpretation by City shall be final. <br /> <br />f.
