<br />16.1 <br /> <br />ARTICLE XVI <br /> <br />16.0 RESIDENCY <br /> <br />Effective as soon as practicable following the execution <br />of this Agreement, the City shall perform any and all <br />acts that are necessary so as to remove appropriate <br />limitations upon where employees may reside who are <br />covered by this Agreement. <br /> <br />At the discretion of the Police Chief, selected special <br />duty assignments may be designated as rapid response <br />assignments. In those instances, the Police Chief may <br />apply specific residency requirements upon members <br />assigned to those positions. <br /> <br />62 <br />
