The fees will be collected <br /> at the recreation centers by recreation staff prior to the event. <br /> 6) Excursion Bus Fee <br /> Proposed Fee(s):(s) $3 Adults; $2 Children <br /> This fee will partially recover the cost of contracting transportation services for recreation <br /> excursions. The fees will be collected at the recreation centers by recreation staff prior to <br /> the excursion date. <br /> 7) Youth Field Usage Fees <br /> Proposed Fee(s): <br /> All Fields-no lights <br /> Resident $1.50 per hour <br /> Non-Resident $4.50 per hour <br /> Al] fields-with lights <br /> Resident $5.00 per hour <br /> Non-Resident $8.00 per hour <br /> These fees will be charged to youth sports organizations at the time the sports fields are <br /> reserved. The proposed rates are among the lowest in Orange County and will partially <br /> recover some of the costs of scheduling, maintaining and improving the sports fields in the <br /> City's park system. The Recreation and Parks Board has reviewed and approved the <br /> proposed fees. The collection of these fees would begin September 1, 2004. <br /> Page 62 <br />
