Therefore, approval of the proposed project would not <br />result in significant long-term or short-term air quality <br />impacts. In accordance with the revised procedures and amended <br />Circulation Element future neighborhood traffic plans would be <br />evaluated for site-specific air quality impacts. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Result in a cumulatively considerable net increase of any <br />criteria pollutant for which the project region is non- <br />attainment under an applicable federal or state ambient air <br />quality standard? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The Southern California Association of Governments has <br />determined that the air pollution impacts of any proj ect or <br />activity that conforms to local growth forecasts would be <br />consistent with this forecast and the regional air quality <br />impacts would be adequately mitigated by the Air Quality <br />Management Plan to a level considered less than significant. <br />Approval of the proposed project would not be in conflict with <br />the City's General Plan growth projections and the local growth <br />forecasts for the Orange County sub region and the regional <br />emissions budget developed by the Southern California <br />Association of Governments for the 1999 Air Quality Management <br />Plan. Therefore, approval of the proposed project would not <br />result in significant cumulative air quality impacts. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Create objectionable <br />of people? <br /> <br />odors <br /> <br />affecting a substantial <br /> <br />number <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed project would not create any <br />objectionable odors, in that the approval of the proposed <br />project would not directly result in any activities that would <br />emit objectionable odors.
