A potentially significant impact to <br />cultural resources would occur when a project or activity <br />disturbs or displaces sensitive cultural resources. <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed project would not result in impacts to <br />any known or unknown cultural resources, in that the approval of <br />the proposed project would not facilitate the development of any <br />land uses or involve any activities that would disturb or <br />displace known or unknown cultural resources. Additionally, <br />future neighborhood traffic plans implemented under the revised <br />procedures and amended circulation element would also not <br />involve any activities that would impact known or unknown <br />cultural resources. Therefore, approval of the proposed project <br />would not result in significant impacts to cultural resources. <br /> <br />VI. GEOLOGY/SOILS <br /> <br />A-l. <br /> <br />Rupture of a known earthquake fault, as delineated on the <br />most recent Alquist-Priol0 Earthquake Fault Zoning Map <br />issued by the State geologist for the area or based on <br />other substantial evidence of a known fault? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR there <br />are no active earthquake faults, Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Zones <br />or landslides within the City. Therefore, approval of the <br />proposed project would not increase the risks for ground rupture <br />impacts or landslide impacts. <br /> <br />A-2.
