No Impact The proposed revisions to the procedures for the preparation and implementation of neighborhood traffic plans would establish both City and community processing requirements and standards to evaluate and implement neighborhood traffic management plans to protect and maintain the quality of life of neighborhoods in the City of Santa Ana. The proposed General Plan Amendment would make technical modifications to the text of the Circulation Element regarding the implementation of neighborhood traffic plans so as to better conform the preparation and implementation of neighborhood traffic plans to State law requirements. Approval and implementation of the proposed project would not result in adverse impacts to human beings.
