In the event of payment under this Poliey,the Insureds must transfer to the Insurer any applicable <br /> rights to recover from another person or entity all or part of any such payment. The Insureds shall <br /> execute all papers required and shall do everything necessary to secure and preserve such rights, <br /> including the execution of such documents necessary to enable the Insurer to effectively bring suit or <br /> otherwise pursue subrogation rights in the name of the Insureds. <br /> C.
