Customer receives only S entitlements to Trimble Unity Construct, Maintain, and Permit regardless of which and how many Starter Packages are purchased. Such entitlements are provided on an evaluation basis per Section 2.4 of the Supplemental Software Terms. The Professional Packages provided herein are for testing purposes only and no actual project (for Trimble Unity Construct), asset management (for Trimble Unity Maintain), or permitting (for Trimble Unity Permit) may occur. In order to obtain access to any Professional Package, Customer can submit a request to their Trimble designated Customer Success Manager for activation only. Any additional configuration or implementation on these packages may require additional professional services, of which Trimble can provide for an additional fee under a separately executed amendment to this Order Form. Access is limited to an additional 15,000 calls per day on top of the 15,000 allotted in Trimble Unity Construct API Professional. ^Use of Trimble Unity Maintain Application Programming Interface (APIs) with commercially available Trimble Unity Maintain -centric applications that are licensed and maintained by authorized Trimble Unity Maintain partners. Please contact Trimble for a list of commercially available partner applications that qualify for use with the Trimble Unity Maintain -centric APIs available in the Professional License Package. If the partner app is not listed, then the Trimble Unity Maintain Advanced API's in the Elite License Package are required for 3rd party integrations. Trimble reserves the right to audit the Customers account to ensure the Customer has: (1) access to the correct modules and functionality in accordance with the package Customer has purchased and (2) the appropriate number of Authorized Users purchased. Trimble reserves the right to: (1) charge for any over access experienced by the Customer by moving the Customer to the appropriate package or (2) shut off any over access experienced by the Customer.
