EXHMITB <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES <br />SITE PLANS/ DFSCREPnVE RENDERINGS <br />However, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between the LESSOR and LESSEE that the exact <br />and precise location of the LESSEE's Facilities are subject to review and approval by the planning and/or zoning <br />Boards having jurisdiction over the "Premises". <br />Therefore, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between LESSOR and LESSEE that the precise <br />location. of the Premises as shown an Exhibit "B" may be modified by the LESSEE in order to comply with and <br />obtain necessary planning and/or zoning approvals, and any and all other approvals necessary for LESSEE's <br />intended use of the property.
