<br />All requests to update the Grantee information listed within this Agreement shall
<br />be emailed to the HPD Homelessness Grants general email box at

<br />6) Effective Date, Term of Agreement, and Deadlines
<br />A. This Agreement is effective upon approval by HCD (indicated by the
<br />signature provided by HCD in the lower left section of page one, Standard
<br />Agreement, STD. 213), and when signed by all parties. Funds will be
<br />disbursed in accordance with Section 4 of Exhibit B.
<br />B. This Agreement shall terminate on June 30, 2029.
<br />C. On or before January 1, 2026, a Grantee shall submit to the Department
<br />an updated Regionally Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan, which
<br />shall include updates on the metrics and key actions to improve these
<br />metrics, which shall be reviewed and approved by HCD pursuant to HSC
<br />50235 subdivision (h). A Grantee shall contractually obligate no less than
<br />seventy-five percent (75%) and shall expend no less than fifty percent
