What recommendations do you have to change or improve our eligibility, selection, and <br />admissions policies, including deconcentration and waiting list procedures? <br />- Streamlining the application process because the waiting list period is too long. <br />-increasing the unit searching period due to the housing market's limited availability. <br />Rent Determination <br />5. What recommendations do you have to change or improve our rent determination policies? <br />-increase the payment standard amount <br />-increase subsidized amount <br />-Ensure that participants pay an affordable & fair portion towards housing costs <br />-The inspection approval process should be shortened and simplified. <br />Operation and Management <br />6. What recommendations do you have to change or improve our Operation and Management? <br />-Offer more attractive incentives for the landlord to participate in the program <br />-Have a fund to assist with the unit's annual maintenance to ensure safe & sanitary living space. <br />-No change- We are happy with the operation and management of SAHA <br />Family Self -Sufficiency <br />7.
