AND BRISTOL CORRIDOR <br />REDEVELOPMENTPROUECTS <br /> <br />Dear Mr. French: <br /> <br />The Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") is in the process of adopting amendments <br />to effect the merger ("Merger" or "Amendments") of the Redevelopment Plans for the Central City. Inter- <br />City Commuter Station, North Harbor, South Harbor, South Main. and Bristol Corridor RedeveJopment,~~ <br />Projects (together, .Project Areas," "Merged Project Area: or "Projects"). The proposed Merger does not <br />change or add to the boundaries of the Project Areas or change any the financial or time limits in effect <br />and as stated in the Redevelopment Plans for the respective Projects. The Merger will allow the Agency <br />to combine the tax increment from the Project Areas and allocate the revenues to and among the Merged <br />Project Area that will best facilitate the revitalization of blighted areas through increased economic vitality <br />and increased and improved housing opportunities. <br /> <br />In accordance with Sections 33349 and 33452 of the California Community Redevelopment Law. <br />attached is a notice of a joint public hearing of the Agency and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />on the Amendments, which is scheduled for September 7, 2004. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding the proposed Amendments, please contact Nancy Edwards at (714) <br />64~-5360. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />75D-269 <br /> <br />c!>, ),.. <br />
