<br />3. <br /> <br />All evidence and testimony for and against the adoption of the proposed <br />Amendments. <br /> <br />At the above stated day, hour and place any and all persons having any. objections to <br />the proposed Amendments may appear before the Agency and the City Council and. show <br />cause why the proposed Amendments should not be approved and adopted. At any time not <br />later than the hour aforesaid set for hearing, any person objecting. to the proposed Amen~ments <br />may file in writing with the Clerk of the Council a statement of his or her objections. Any person <br />or organization desiring to be heard at the hearing will be afforded an opportunity to be heard. <br />The City Council shall hear and consider objections to and other testimony about the propòsed <br />Amendments pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Agency will hold a community information <br />meeting on August 10, 2004, at 6 p.m., in the Santa Ana Police Community Rooril, located at 60 <br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. California, to discuss the purpose of the proposed Amendments <br />and other related effects of the adoption of the proposed Amendments. <br /> <br />The proposed Amendments, the Agencys Report to the City Council, the existing <br />Redevelopment Plan for the Existing Project Areas and other pertinent documents are on file <br />and available for pUblic inspection and copying during regular offiCé hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. <br />Monday through Friday) at the Office of the Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana, 20 <br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. California 92701.
