Therefore, pursuant to Fish and Game Code <br />§ 711.2 and Title XIV, CCR § 735.5(a)(3), the payment of Fish and Game Department <br />filing fees is not required in conjunction with this project. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Council has reviewed the proposed redevelopment plan <br />and hereby finds and determines that said plans conform to the City of Santa Ana <br />General Plan because the merger the Council approves herein is a strictly financial <br />matter not affecting the land uses of properties in the City. In addition, the <br />Redevelopment Plans and their respective amendments have only been adopted after <br />each has been found by a prior City Council to be in conformance with the City's <br />General Plan and these prior findings are conclusive at this point in time. <br /> <br />Section 4.
