HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION Council accepted with <br /> regret the resignation <br /> of James H. Miranda from <br /> the Human Relations <br />Commission contained in his letter dated October 12, 1973, <br />on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman Garthe, <br />and unanimously carried. (CA 131.2) <br /> <br />GREENBELT COMMITTEE Council accepted the <br /> resignation of Theresa <br /> A. Peterson from the <br /> Greenbelt Committee <br />contained in her letter dated October 19, 1973, on motion of <br />Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Ward, and unanimously <br />carried. (CA 145.1) <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE Council agreed to reconside~ <br />LICENSE APPLICATION the Alcoholic Beverage <br />PETITE AUBERGE, INC. License Application of <br /> PETITE AUBERGE, INC., <br />3800 South Plaza Drive; Person to Person Transfer (To corpora- <br />tion - Entire Stock of corporation owned by applicant), On Sale <br />General (Bona Fide Public Eating Place); on motion of Councilman <br />Evans, seconded by Councilman Ward, and unanimously carried. <br />On October 15, 1973, Council had instructed the City Attorney to <br />file a protest with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. <br /> <br />Following discussion, Councilman Evans' motion to receive and <br />file the Alcoholic Beverage License Application, and to instruct <br />the City Attorney to withdraw the protest, was seconded by <br />Councilman Ward, and carried with Councilman Yamamoto dissenting. <br /> <br />Prior to voting, Dennis Lloyd Geiler, Attorney at Law, 2172 <br />DuPont Drive, Newport Beach, spoke in favor of the motion, on <br />behalf of Richard M. Geiler, owner of Petite Auberge.
