<br />EXHIBIT "D" <br /> <br />PROPERTY SPECIFIC ACCESS RULESIREGULATJONS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />LESSOR shall have the unilateral right and privilege to undertake all normal items and operations associated <br />with the current use of the Property, including, but not limited to public events and City business, which may <br />include high powered electric lights and food services, arrange for the televising of any public event to be held <br />at the Property, and ability to contract with other interested parties. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />City business may also include minor landscaping, minor maintenance and minor construction proximately <br />located near the Premises, so long as the City business does not interfere with or impair the operation of the <br />LESSEE's Communications Facility. <br /> <br />3. LESSEE's access to the Premises shall be limited when the Premises is being used for a public event, and the <br />four (4) hours before and after any such event.
