<br />COpy <br /> <br />RECORDING REQUESTED BY <br />AND WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br /> <br />Nextel Communications <br />310 Commerce <br />Irvine, CA 92602 <br />Attn.: Pro e Mana ement <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF LAND LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS MEMORANDUM OF LAND LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of <br />, 2004 by and between City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("LESSOR") <br />and NEXTEL OF CALIFORNIA, INC., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Nextel Communications <br />("LESSEE"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />That LESSOR hereby leases to LESSEE and LESSEE hereby leases ITom LESSOR a portion of <br />that certain real property (the "Property") in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana <br />commonly known as 1104 Civic Center Drive , a legal description of which is shown in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, under the terms and conditions of the unrecorded <br />Land Lease Agreement by and between LESSOR and LESSEE dated by LESSOR , <br />2004 and incorporated herein by reference (the "Agreement") for an initial term of approximately eight (8) <br />years, and three (3) subsequent optional extension terms of five (5) years each, pursuant to the terms of the <br />Agreement.
