Raitt, a legal description of which is shown in Exhibit A attached hereto <br />. and incorporated herein by reference, under the terms and conditions 0 the unrecorded Land Lease <br />Agreement by and between Lessor and Lessee dated by Lessor , 2004 and <br />incorporated herein by reference (the "Agreement") for an initial term 0 ten (10) years, and three <br />(3) subsequent optional extension terms of five (5) years each, pursuant to the terms of the <br />Agreement.
