Williams, Jr., am under a contractual relationship with the City <br />of ~,anta Ana to provide SERVICE and understand the City's insurance <br />requirements. While I have the necessary insurance coverage plus the <br />Additional Insured Endorsement, as required, my insurance carrier, Zurich <br />US Insurance, will not agree to the cross-outs in the cancellation clause - <br />bottom right hand comer. <br /> <br />The::efore, I, Robert E.
