<br />necessary insmance coverage plus the Additional Insw-ed Endorsement, as required, my
<br />insw-ance carrier, Zurich U ,S. Insurance, will Dot agree to the cross-Outs in the
<br />cancellation clause (bottom right hand comer),

<br />that I will personally provide the City with the required 30 days' notice should my
