SENIOR CITIZENS SERVICE CENTER CONTRACT <br />MODIFICATION - Between the City and the <br />County of Orange to relocate the proposed <br />Senior Citizen Center from the northeast <br />corner to the southeast corner of Third <br />and Ross Streets. (A-74- 76 ) <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE Council upheld the Police <br />LICENSE APPLICATION Protest on the following <br />CAROLINA MARTINEZ and instructed the City <br /> Attorney to file a letter <br />of protest with the Alcoholic Beverage License Control Board, <br />on motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />and unanimously carried (5-0): <br /> <br />MARTINEZ, CAROLINA, 815 East First Street. <br />Original, Annual - On Sale Beer. PROTEST <br />(POLICE). (CA 146) <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE Council received and <br />LICENSE APPLICATION ordered filed the follow- <br />BERNADENE B. BACHELOR ing Alcoholic Beverage <br /> License Application on <br />motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Markel, and <br />carried (3-2) with dissenting votes by Councilman Yamamoto <br />and Vice Mayor Evans: <br /> <br />BACHELOR, BERNADENE B., 1630 Mabury Street. <br />Change of License from On-Sale General for <br />Bona Fide Public Eating Place to On Sale <br />General (Public Premises). (CA 146) <br /> <br />Councilman Griset arrived at 2:30 P. M. <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE Council upheld the Police <br />LICENSE APPLICATION Protest on the following <br />INNMAKERS OF CALIFORNIA, INC. and instructed the City <br /> Attorney to file a letter <br />of protest with the Alcoholic Beverage License Control Board, on <br />motion of Councilman Yamamoto, seconded by Councilman Markel, and <br />unanimously carried (6-0): <br /> <br />INNMAKERS OF CALIFORNIA, INC., 1300 East <br />Edinger Avenue #A. Person to Person Adding <br />Partner - On Sale Beer & Wine (Bona Fide <br />Public Eating Place). PROTEST (POLICE). <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Cherveny, 18592 Medford, Santa Ana, spoke in his own <br />behalf. He stated that the recommendation to protest is based <br />on an erroneous felony charge which is actually a misdemeanor; <br />that his court trial is pending and he has not been found guilty <br />as a receiver of stolen property; and that with respect to the <br />other charge of having a loaded gun in his car, he had been in <br />the process of moving his belongings when he was stopped for <br />not having a tail light. (CA 146) <br /> <br />MINOR EXCEPTION 74-25 Council received and <br />JOSEPH H.
