CHA Maintenance Company ("C tractor") d the City of Santa Ana ("City"). Recitals: A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2004-003, dated March 15, 2004, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided litter control and maintenance to the Downtown Santa Ana Business District. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend said Agreement to include sidewalk blower services. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by adding duties in Exhibit A- Attachment A, as follows: A. Attachment A, 2, shall read, in full, as follows: "a. The entire area shall be cleaned between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. seven (7) days a week, including holidays. b. From January 1, 2005, through May 31, 2005, all sidewalks in the area shall be cleaned with a blower each Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m." B. Attachment A, 5, shall read, in full, as follows: "a. Contractor will provide two (2) maintenance employees with one (1) supervisor each Thursday through Monday; and one (1) maintenance employee with one (1) supervisor on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. b. Contractor will provide two (2) maintenance employees for sidewalk blowing services, as set forth in Paragraph 2.b, above."
