PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The Developer has conducted a thorough inspection of the Project building and is <br />proposing to undertake all needed improvements to the individual units, up to six units at <br />a time. Interior rehabilitation activities will include replacement of major kitchen appliances, <br />new paint and bathroom enhancements as well as replacement of floor coverings, doors <br />and windows.
