<br /> <br />A. METHODOLOGY <br /> <br />As a result of the need to temporarily displace Projects occupants, a survey was conducted <br />of the households that would be impacted to better plan for the temporary displacements. <br />Personal interviews were conducted with 19 of 20 residents, followed up by efforts to <br />compare gathered information to the data provided by the Developer's property <br />management staff. Data for this Plan are accurate as of November 24, 2004. One <br />household could not be reached despite several attempts and the Developer's information <br />was used for preparation of this plan. Three units were confirmed vacant at the time of the <br />interviews and one unit gave notice to vacate by the end of November 2004. <br /> <br />B. SURVEY RESULTS <br /> <br />The resident population within the Project totals 109 individuals. Among this group, there <br />are 54 adults and 55 children. The 24 units included in this Plan now contain 24 rentable <br />one-bedroom apartments. <br /> <br />1.
