<br />City Place <br />Focused Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />Findings and Facts in Support of Findings <br /> <br />The contribution of the City Place project to cumulatively adverse impacts related to NOx <br />emissions during construction and NOx, CO and ROG emissions during operation cannot be <br />mitigated to below a level of significance. <br /> <br />4.1.4 Impacts Related to Transportation <br /> <br />Potentially Significant Adverse Impacts To The Intersection of Main Street and 17th Street <br /> <br />As described in Section 4.9 in the EIR, the long-term operation of the City Place project will <br />result in significant adverse traffic impacts at the intersection of Main Street and 17th Street. <br /> <br />Finding Related to Impacts To The Intersection of Main Street and 1 th Street <br /> <br />Specific economic, legal, social, technological or other consideration, make infeasible the <br />mitigation measures or project alternatives identified in the Final EIR. <br /> <br />Facts in Support of the Finding Related to Impacts To The Intersection of Main Street and 17th <br />Street <br /> <br />As described in Section 4.9 of the EIR, there are no feasible mitigation measures to reduce <br />project traffic impacts at the intersection of Main Street and 17th Street to a level that is less than <br />significant. <br /> <br />Level of Significance of Impacts Related to Impacts To The Intersection Of Main Street and 17th <br />Street <br /> <br />The project traffic impacts at the intersection of Main Street and 1 th Street cannot be mitigated <br />to below a level of significance. <br /> <br />4.2 POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT ADVERSE IMP ACTS OF THE CITY PLACE <br />PROJECT, WHICH CAN BE MITIGATED TO BELOW A LEVEL OF <br />SIGNIFICANCE <br /> <br />Potentially significant adverse impacts of the City Place project, which can be mitigated to below <br />a level of significance are described in this Section.
