<br />P ART II. <br /> <br />PERMITTED LAND USES <br /> <br />The categories ofland uses to be included within the project area are: <br />Professional and Business Offices, banks and similar financial institutions, R[etail <br />and (including restaurants, shops and service retail), Recreation/Entertainment, <br />Hotel/Conference and Residential (including attached single family housing and a <br />high rise residential tower). In addition multi-family residential uses (excluding <br />live-work units) are permitted. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a map shov/ing <br />the Land Use Zones for the project. The uses permissible in each zone are set <br />forth below. If a use is for any reason omitted from those specified as permissible <br />in any zone, or if ambiguity arises concerning the approximate classification of a <br />particular use within the meaning and intent of this Plan, the determination shall <br />be at the discretion of the Planning Manager. Such decision may be appealed to <br />the Planning Commission whose decision is final. <br /> <br />^ <br />J..lo... <br /> <br />Professional and Business Office Uses (ZONE II .^...ND ZONE III). <br /> <br />1. Within Buildings A, B, C and D (as identified on site plan), the <br />following uses are permitted: <br /> <br />~a. General office uses providing professional and administrative <br />services including but not limited to employment agencies; <br />advertising agencies; banks; escrow agencies; accountant, medical, <br />insurance, tax, real estate, legal, consulting, and travel services; <br />tourist information; trade contractors; architects; engineers; <br />planner; surveyors; research and development; stock brokers; state, <br />county, municipal or other public offices, and other similar uses. <br /> <br />b.
