Areas of the site not developed in the initial phase shallmav be developed as surface parking and if so developed shall comply with the following standards. A temporary landscape will be installed in all undeveloped areas. 1. Setback Areas - Will be fully planted with turf, trees and ornamental groundcover. 2.
