Service area lighting for large uses shall be contained within <br />service yard boundaries with light sources concealed. <br /> <br />2. Building illumination and architectural lighting will be creative <br />and reinforce the design theme. Indirect wall lighting or "raw wall <br />washing" overhead downlighting, will be utilized throughout the <br />commercial development. <br /> <br />3. In residential areas, warm simple lighting will be employed.
