Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in the chapter of the Santa Ana Municipal Code for such <br />use? <br /> <br />As conditioned and the approval of Zoning Ordinance Amendment <br />No. 2004-06, the proposed project will be in compliance with <br />all applicable regulations and conditions imposed on live-work <br />studios, pursuant to Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code. <br /> <br />E. Will the proposed use affect the General Plan of the City? <br /> <br />The proposed project will not adversely affect the General <br />Plan. The live-work community is consistent with the General <br />Plan Land Use Element designation of District Center and the <br />proposed amendments to Specific Development No. 59. The <br />proposal is supported by the Land Use Element Goal: 2.0, <br />Promote land uses which enhance the City's economic and fiscal <br />viability; and Goal 3.0, To promote a balance of land uses to <br />address basic community needs. A live-work community will <br />assist to further the goals of the District Center designation <br />of the General Plan. <br /> <br />75A-260 <br />
